Avocado Crème Brûlée

Hi Everyone! Today I am guest posting at HealthyFoodieTravels, why don’t you stop at my friend Kiri’s blog and see how Brazilians like to eat their avocados! Well, looks like my dessert is all gone!

This avocado crème brûlée has a delicious light texture, almost like a flan. It is not rich or very creamy like the traditional ones, because fewer eggs were used, and the avocados were incorporated in the recipe.

The color is light green, and the lime addition gave a refreshing taste still preserving the essence of the dessert, the avocados. Read the full post at HealthyFoodieTravels, and learn how to make this delicious and simple Avocado Crème Brûlée.

Enjoy!
